Your part in the case

You provide the facts. Parking Mate UK does the appeal work.

Include every page of the notice and tell us what happened. Send receipts, photographs or other records when requested, and forward any new letter or email you receive. You do not have to write the appeal yourself.

Private parking tickets

The appeal is sent to the parking company. If rejected, Parking Mate UK prepares and submits the eligible POPLA or IAS appeal.

Council and TfL PCNs

Parking Mate UK sends the informal challenge or formal representations. A Notice of Rejection is used to prepare the appeal to the named tribunal.

Court and bailiff documents

You receive completed documents and a ready-to-send email with filing instructions. You send these to the court, TEC or enforcement recipient yourself.
