What a Parking Solicitor Does

A private parking operator may instruct a solicitor when an unpaid Parking Charge moves from collection correspondence toward litigation. The solicitor can write for the operator, send a Letter Before Claim, consider the motorist's response, request or disclose documents and conduct a County Court claim if proceedings are issued.
