About Times24 UK Tickets
Empark UK Limited and National Car Parks (EUK) Limited are previous names of Times24 UK Limited, company 06631612. Times24's payment and appeal page asks you to select the prefix shown on your Parking Charge reference and enter your vehicle registration. Its published instructions say the appeals team will contact you within 14 days with an outcome. Times24 is currently listed in the IPC's Accredited Operator Scheme. For an older Empark notice, keep the original letter and any rejection: the name change alone does not establish which independent appeal service was available when it was issued.
Times24 UK is a private parking operator. It issues contractual Parking Charge Notices when it says the parking terms displayed on private land have been breached. A Parking Charge Notice is not a council Penalty Charge Notice or criminal fine.
