Appeal Pricing Questions
Here are some answers to clarify any questions about our parking ticket appeal packages and the pricing.
Yes, we offer guarantees on eligible cases and if taken under our guaranteed appeal option.
If your case is eligible then we guarantee to appeal your parking charge notice and if we cannot get your parking charge cancelled then we will pay your parking ticket.
This only applies to private parking appeals and no other services.
If for any reason we are not able to appeal your parking ticket or represent you in your case then we will refund your fee less £15 admin fee.
For example if you pay £25 for an appeal then this means you will receive £10 refund and if you pay £100 for bailiff enforcement support then this means you will receive £85refund.
You can cancel an order within 24 hours or if we have not yet started preparing your appeal documentation.
We aim to start all cases within 48 hours and your email confirmation will confirm the expected completion date of your appeal.
Appeal procedures and representation follow the statutory process set out by the government.
However after you submit a request to us we will inform you of the expected timelines for your case to be resolved and provide you with a rough estimate on how long it will take.
You can track all case progress on the client portal where you will be able to see any documents prepared and the progress of your appeal.
Our team will endeavour to ensure that your documents and case is kept up so you can see our own communication notes and how your case is being managed.
