Parking Mate UK has gone through a significant update in 2026. The platform has now been upgraded to align with an AI-first operating model, so we can deliver documents and customer support at scale.
Companies in the parking ticket appeals domain often face the same challenge: there is a limit to how many users a human-led team can support. Our decision to embed AI is both a strategic decision and a scaling decision, aimed at helping Parking Mate UK grow faster so we can help more people challenge parking tickets.
2026 Update
- Our platform can now generate documents on average within five to six minutes, meaning the user does not have to wait for a human to prepare the documents.
- We have also integrated WhatsApp to provide 24/7 customer support and are currently extending those features to ensure the support provided is equal to, or better than, human-provided support.
- Our goal in 2026 is to help challenge 1,000,000 parking tickets across private parking and local authority issued notices.
- This can only be achieved with a highly efficient automation platform and by embedding AI into our service proposition.
- As a result, we no longer have a capacity bottleneck for generating appeals. We are now focusing our efforts on marketing and increasing our reach across the UK, so people who have received parking tickets can prepare appeals in minutes.
